Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, company, phone number, email address, site location, requested service, project description and preferred contact method. You may also choose to provide photographs or plans relevant to the work.
Please provide only information needed to assess your project. Do not send passwords, account credentials, patient records, children’s details or unrelated personal information. Confirm that you have permission to share any plans or images.
How the enquiry form works
The current form prepares an email draft on your device. Completing the fields or selecting a file does not submit an enquiry to us. You must open or copy the draft and send it through your email service.
Selected files remain on your device and are not automatically attached to the email. Attach any required files manually before sending. Your email provider’s own terms and privacy arrangements apply to that service.
Use of enquiry information
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand the proposed work, prepare a quotation and communicate about the project. A request for a quote is not an automatic subscription to marketing communications.
Information may need to be shared with service providers or contractors involved in responding to or delivering the requested work, or where required by law. Actual provider arrangements, storage locations and retention periods should be confirmed with us if these affect your decision to share information.
Website operation
This build does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and does not intentionally save enquiry fields to browser storage. Hosting and email services may process technical information, such as connection and access logs, to operate their services.
If analytics, a form provider or other integrations are added, the operator must update this information to describe the actual collection, use and disclosure arrangements.
Access, correction and concerns
