We use UniFi Design Center for infrastructure planning and visualisation. Custom software is a separate part of the scope: dashboards, reporting or workflows can be designed around documented UniFi APIs and the interfaces supported by your other systems.

Prove compatibility
Review application versions, documented APIs, permissions and third-party systems. Prototype the critical connection before committing to a wider rollout.

Agree hosting, credential management, logging and maintenance responsibilities. Test failure cases as well as the normal workflow, and document the completed integration.

Does Design Center create custom software?
Design Center is a planning and visualisation tool. Bespoke software and integrations are separately designed and scoped using supported interfaces; they are not a built-in Design Center function.

We assess each request against available APIs, permissions and vendor support. Feasibility, hosting, ongoing costs and maintenance are agreed before development. Unsupported features are not assumed to be available.
