Request a commercial wi-fi quoteCommercial Wi-Fi, with the details considered.
A fast internet plan cannot compensate for poorly placed access points. We plan and install commercial Wi-Fi around your floor layout, building materials, devices and daily workload, from a single office to a busy warehouse or multi-level building.
For offices, hospitality venues, retail sites, medical practices and facilities that need dependable wireless access for staff, business devices and visitors.
Sound familiar?
- Dead spots in meeting rooms and at the edge of the building
- Slow connections when staff and visitors are online together
- Unreliable handover as devices move between areas
- Guest access sharing the same network as business equipment
A clear scope. A considered installation.
Your quotation confirms the equipment, work, testing and handover included for your site.
Coverage planning
Review the layout, wall construction, ceiling heights and areas where connectivity matters. Discuss a site survey where the building or workload warrants it.
Access points & cabling
Select and position access points, plan their wired connections and confirm compatible Power over Ethernet capacity at the switch.
Network configuration
Set up agreed staff and guest networks, device access and management arrangements. Review channel and power settings for the actual site.
Testing & handover
Check coverage and connectivity in agreed work areas and explain administration access, equipment locations and the scope of ongoing support.
Equipment & technology
UniFi access points, compatible PoE switches and UniFi Network management can form part of the solution. Model selection depends on client devices, building conditions and the required features. Wired backhaul is considered wherever practical; meshing is assessed against site constraints.
Infrastructure that makes business easier.
- More consistent coverage in the areas your team uses
- A network designed for your expected device load
- Clear separation of staff, guest and selected device traffic
- An installation that can be documented and expanded

Need to discuss something specific? Tell us about your site and what you need to improve.
How many access points will we need?
There is no reliable one-size-fits-all count. Floor area, walls, shelving, ceiling height, user density and device requirements all affect the design. A floor plan starts the conversation; a site assessment helps confirm placement.
Will new Wi-Fi improve our internet speed?
It can remove wireless bottlenecks, but it cannot exceed the capacity of your internet connection or fix every upstream issue. We distinguish coverage problems from internet, switching and device limitations.
Can guests use a separate Wi-Fi network?
Yes. We can scope separate guest access and appropriate network isolation, with settings agreed around your business needs and existing IT policies.
Can you work with our IT provider?
Yes. We can coordinate addressing, VLANs, firewall requirements, ownership and handover with your existing provider before installation.
Everything works better together.
