A mobile office upgraded with a dedicated 12RU rack, UniFi 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi for the office and surrounding area, and new security cameras.

With several people working from the same mobile office, the client's existing 5G modem was struggling to deliver the speeds they needed. Connectivity had become a frustration in a space that depended on multiple users and devices working together.
The office also had an older Swann security system that was not operating as intended. The brief was to bring the network and security equipment up to date, with Wi-Fi serving devices both inside the office and in the surrounding area.
A dedicated home for the network
We installed a new 12RU network rack to bring the core equipment together in one organised location, giving the mobile office a dedicated network setup.
New UniFi connectivity and Wi-Fi
A new UniFi 5G modem and UDM-SE formed the core of the installation. A U7 Long-Range access point was installed to serve the devices used in and around the office.
A security system brought up to date
We replaced the older security setup with a G6 PTZ and a G6 180 camera, bringing the office's camera installation into the UniFi system alongside the new network.
A stronger foundation.
The mobile office now has a dedicated rack, an updated 5G gateway and Wi-Fi setup, and a new UniFi camera installation. The client is very happy with the work, and conversations have already turned to the next stage of the site upgrade.
